PRODUCTION OF PLASTIC DETAILS
In STANMET, we focus on plastic processing using injection method mainly for production of plastic elements - PP, PC, ABS, PA, PPOM, PC/ABS, PC/PA, PMMA, TPU, TPE for customers from the domestic appliances, automotive, construction, electrical and computer sectors. We offer plastic products for almost any purpose and of any complexity, both in terms of small lots of details and for mass production. We advise customers in technology issues already at the stage of detail design.
OUR OFFER INCLUDES:
- production of molds provided,
- production using our injection molds made for a given project,
- injection process optimization
- selection of raw material.
We manufacture molds from own materials or material provided by the customer. Production continuity is assured by our Tool Shop where we also carry out current repairs and maintenance of injection molds.
